Abstract: Intelligent investment advisory is a representative financial service of fintech. As the relevant businesses relying on
banking financial institutions are suspended, all service platforms have been suspended. From the perspective of administrative
supervision, the "agency" supervision mode is not suitable for the development of intelligent advisory services, the legal supervision
system lags behind under the "command-control" supervision form, and the application of "deterministic" rules limits the function of
intelligent advisory services. The reform of national institutions has completed the first step of the transformation of the administrative
regulation path of intelligent investment care, through the transformation of comprehensive regulatory direction from "institutional"
supervision to "functional" supervision, the transformation of "command-and-control" regulation form to "experimental" regulation,
and the transformation of "deterministic" rule to the "inclusive" principle normative concept, so new ideas are further provided for
improving the transformation of the intelligent investment advisory administrative regulation path.
